The Problem
The same payment processing company ran an affiliate program where partners referred new merchants and earned commission on their transaction volume. Affiliates had no visibility into their earnings, no way to see which merchants were performing, and no breakdown of their commission calculations. Everything was shared through spreadsheet reports, creating confusion and trust issues.
The Solution
A dashboard where affiliates can log in and see exactly how much they've earned, which merchants are performing, and when their next payout is coming.
Secured with Telegram-based two-factor authentication, same as the merchant dashboard. Affiliates enter their code and password, get a verification code in Telegram, and they're in.
The overview shows total revenue, commission earned, available payout, and average commission rate at a glance, with trend charts that make it easy to spot patterns. The merchants tab breaks down every referred merchant's performance, so affiliates can see exactly where their earnings come from.
Daily revenue shows a day-by-day breakdown per merchant with monthly summaries and CSV export for accounting. The payouts section separates regular and bonus payments with full history. And the contract tab lays out the commission structure so everything is transparent and verifiable.
