Case Study · AestheticLabs.eu

Zero list to 46% of revenue, in one quarter.

AestheticLabs is a European peptide e-commerce brand. Like every brand in the niche, paid ads were a minefield, and when we started, there was no email list, no SMS list and no flows. This is what we built and what it did. The headline numbers below sync daily from the live Omnisend dashboard.

The Starting Point

Every euro depended on channels they didn't own.

A growing store in a restricted category: ad accounts at permanent risk of bans, no retention program, and every returning customer arriving by luck rather than by system.

01

No list

Zero email contacts, zero SMS contacts. Nothing to sell to between visits.

02

No flows

Abandoned carts stayed abandoned. Repeat purchases happened only if customers remembered on their own.

03

No safety net

One platform policy change away from losing the main acquisition channel overnight.

The Analysis

Every flow is built on the store's own numbers.

Before writing a single email, we pulled the full order history and mapped how customers actually behave: who comes back, when, and what they buy next. The flows aren't templates; they're answers to these charts.

Who comes back

After 1st purchase39% return
After 2nd purchase53% return
After 3rd purchase63% return
After 4th purchase70% return

61% of customers never buy twice, and whoever makes it to order two keeps getting more loyal. The After First Order flow exists to attack exactly that gap.

Day 60

The first reminder lands on day 12, before most have decided, and win-back waits until day 60, when almost nobody comes back on their own.

What the second order looks like

Same products again27%
Same plus something new36%
Completely new products37%

73% add something new on their second order, so the flow walks them through the range instead of just pushing a reorder.

What We Built

One quarter, step by step.

Day 0

Launch from zero

Seven lifecycle flows, popup capture and the first campaigns go live on Omnisend. The email list starts at exactly zero contacts.

Month 1

The list starts paying

Campaign cadence settles at 3 to 4 sends a week with subject line testing on every send. Email crosses 40% of store revenue inside the first 30 days.

Month 2

SMS joins, flows get rebuilt

SMS opt-in capture and the first text campaigns launch. Cart, checkout and browse flows are rebuilt as V2 versions based on A/B data from month one.

Month 3

Compounding

Post-purchase and win-back cycles start maturing. The channels hold roughly half of store revenue while both lists keep growing daily.

In The Client's Words
“Since they joined us, we've seen a clear improvement in customer retention and repeat orders. VLX has become an important part of our team, and I would happily recommend them to other businesses.”
