A YouTube Shorts channel needed consistent daily uploads to grow, but the production process was a bottleneck. Each video required writing a script, recording voiceover, editing video with timed effects and captions, designing a thumbnail, writing SEO-optimized titles and descriptions, uploading, and publishing. The creator couldn't sustain 2 videos per day manually.
The Solution
A complete end-to-end video production pipeline that handles every step from content ideation to published upload.
Content generation runs daily. AI produces 100 content ideas in batch, each with a full script outline, and writes them to an approval queue. The client reviews, approves what they like, and the system takes it from there.
For each approved piece, the pipeline writes a voiceover-ready script, generates the audio narration, prepares background video, and assembles the final Shorts video with timed text effects, background music, and auto-generated captions. In parallel, it creates SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and a custom thumbnail.
The finished video uploads to YouTube automatically with all metadata applied. The queue updates itself, and the system moves on to the next one. Two videos a day, every day, with nobody touching anything.
